Japanese actor, Ryusei Yokohama, had a great year after starring in this year’s hit drama, “A Story to Read When You First Fall in Love.” Since then, he has been busy filming series, movies, and endorsements. Last month, he was even ranked #1 as the most popular male artist for the first half of 2019 by Oricon, all at 22 years of age. Back in January, he only had about 170,000 followers on IG. After the series aired, he reached over 1 million followers.

Last year, he came to Hong Kong to shoot his second photo album “Ryurei.” It was on shelves in March and has already been reprinted 7 times due to high demand. To capitalize on his popularity, Ryusei Yokohama is coming out with his 2020 monthly calendar. The theme of the calendar will showcase Ryusei Yokohama’s cool and handsome side and also his natural and healthy beauty. That’s why there will be two versions of the cover and each month of the calendar. To shoot the calendar, he filmed in a studio in Tokyo and also in Hakone for two days.

The calendar will be released on September 13, 3 days before his 23rd birthday. He will also have a fan meeting a day prior his birthday to promote the calendar and to celebrate his birthday.
