TVB entertainment news host, Eunice So (蘇可欣), was reported to have hit it off with Thai actor, Nonkul (Chanon Santinatornkul), after she interviewed him and the leads of his movie, “Bad Genius” in August 2017. Shortly after, there were rumors the two were dating.
Because of their long distance relationship, it’s rumored, Nonkul, who has relatives living in Hong Kong, would often fly there to meet up with Eunice So. It was reported Eunice So had once flew to Thailand three times a month. However, Eunice So had once responded to hk01.com that she was just friends with Nonkul and that when they do meet up, they only have a meal together.
Back in September 2019, Nonkul posted a picture on Instagram of him celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival in Hong Kong.
When hk01.com asked Eunice So if Nonkul had reached out to her to celebrate the Mid-Autumn festival, she responded, “I am pretty busy lately with entertainment news work. It’s good as long as he’s happy spending it in Hong Kong.” On whether she knew when he was leaving, Eunice So replied at the time, “It’s not convenient for me to talk about his private schedule. If we can see each other, then’ll we’ll meet up!”
There were recent rumors the two broke up. Eunice So spoke to hk01.com on the break up rumors and seemingly hinted at their break up. She expressed, “After getting along with each other, being friends is the most comfortable way between us.” When asked if she had new suitors, she said she is focused on work.
