Stephen Chow (周星馳) was rumored to be dating a 17 year old, Ukei Cheung (張曉祺), when it was reported he brought her out on an outing at sea. The reports said Stephen Chow and Ukei Cheung hit it off after meeting at a boat party in June. They reportedly exchanged contacts and Stephen Chow had invited her to go wake surfing. Stephen Chow was recently seen wake surfing with a bunch of friends including Ukei Cheung.

Ukei Cheung had applied for this year’s Miss Hong Kong pageant, but was eliminated in the second round of auditions. There is a 42 year difference between Stephen Chow and Ukei Cheung.

Stephen Chow’s assistant, Chris, responded to Oriental Daily News regarding the dating rumors: “Stephen and that girl aren’t even familiar with each other. There were a lot of other people on the boat that day. That girl contacted Stephen Chow two days ago to go wake surfing, but he ignored her and didn’t respond because they’re not familiar with each other. A bunch of people went out to sea to play, don’t know why it was written like this.” The assistant also said it’s the girl making things up for publicity.
