On May 5, it was reported Song Weilong (宋威龙) was going to court against his management company, Huanyu Entertainment, over contract disputes. Huanyu Entertainment is headed by infamous producer, Yu Zheng (于正). According to the Tianyancha app, Song Weilong is the plaintiff in the case. He has been signed with Huanyu Entertainment since 2015.
While the details of the case aren’t revealed, fans of Song Weilong revealed he hasn’t had any activities in the past four months. The last time Song Weilong joined a cast for filming or had an offline function was five months ago. The last series he had air was 18 months ago. They suspect he has been frozen by his company.
