Adia Chan (陳松伶) married her Chinese actor husband, Zhang Duo (张铎), who is 8 years her junior. She is a cast member on the Chinese variety show, “My Dearest Ladies 3” (婆婆和妈妈 3), which features the relationships between mother-in-laws and daughter-in-laws. In the latest episode, it mentioned Adia Chan not having children due to health reasons. She revealed when she married Zhang Duo, she was already 40. He is also the only son and child in his family.
Adia Chan explained, “I deprived her the right to be a grandmother. In her eyes, having children is considered perfection. I indeed deprived it from her.” This confession led Adia Chan’s mother-in-law to tears. Adia Chan also thanked her mother-in-law for being tolerant of her and made her understand their interactions or the times when she feels uncomfortable with her.
