Congratulations are in order for Pakho Chau (周柏豪) as he announced the birth of his son on August 17.

Pakho Chau wrote on Instagram, “Hello everyone, I can finally share the good news with everyone. My family’s didi was just born, didi weighs 7.5 lbs. The resonance of his voice can be compared to his older sister. It’s been really, really hard on my wife. She has been taking care of the family, Sonya, and her body, while being pregnant with didi. This type of patience that cares of the internal and external is really a superpower exclusive to mothers. Looking at your own children, I understand a parent’s love is unconditional. I don’t have expectations for the future or how they repay us, just hope to raise them well and allow them to be healthy and happy, and grow up well. This is a parent’s wish and a lifelong responsibility. Thankful for our parents, thankful to the people who love us, thankful for blessings.”

Pakho Chau is currently filming TVB series, “The Spectator” (lit. 旁觀者). He and his wife, Stephanie, tied the knot in 2016 after dating for many years. They’ve always kept their relationship very private. The couple welcomed their daughter, Sonya, in December 2019. Just like the birth of their son, Pakho Chau skipped the pregnancy announcements and only announced his children’s births.
