Ali Lee (李佳芯) attended the costume fitting of her new series, “A Type of Good Man” (lit. 有種好男人), on October 18, along with the cast of the series. The series will start filming in November. Ali Lee revealed she will be playing a mother of a 17 year old son, portrayed by “Come Home Love: Lo and Behold’s” (愛·回家之開心速遞) Ricco Ng (吳偉豪), who is 23 in real life.
While Ali Lee has played mom roles before, she has never played a mom of a teenager being that she is only 39 herself. Ricco Ng revealed that he won’t be leaving “Lo and Behold” and should be able to continue filming both at the same time depending on the schedule.
Joe Ma (馬德鐘) will also be the leading man in this series and play a G4 once again. Ali Lee will be Joe Ma’s secretary and have a romantic storyline with him. This won’t be the first time Ali Lee and Joe Ma collaborated. They played a couple in the 2018 series, “Life on the Line” (跳躍生命線), which earned Joe Ma his first “Best TV Actor” award at the TVB Anniversary Awards show. Ali Lee played Joe Ma’s wife who died from a car accident in the 2018 series.
