ELLE China magazine held its Elle Style Awards 2021 ceremony in partnership with 2021 Mageline on November 18. This year’s theme was “EAST & BEYOND”, focusing on “beauty of the east”. The event was attended by several celebrities such as Yang Mi, Dilraba, Angelababy, Tiffany Tang Yan, Zhou Dongyu, Victoria Song, Roy Wang, Jackson Yee, Bai Jingting, Cai Xukun, Li Xian, Vin Zhang Binbin, Cheng Xiao, Song Yuqi, INTO1, Ren Hao, and more.
Dilraba (迪丽热巴), who is known for her red carpet looks, took her game to another level at the Elle Style Awards. Her whole presence — outfit, hair, and make up wowed everyone before she event walked the red carpet.
Due to the limitations of the dress, Dilraba can only take small steps slowly. She has 3-4 people helping her move around. When she starts walking the red carpet, Dilraba tells the media, “Everyone can take a longer look.” At one point, someone from the media is heard saying, “So beautiful”. Dilraba responds back, “Thank you. Sorry for walking a bit slow. The dress is a bit heavy.”
While Dilraba was walking down to the center, someone captured two male staff members working at the event that seemed to be mesmerized by Dilraba. They were standing by the side and you can see them smile while their gazes followed Dilraba’s direction. The video of the staff members even trended on Weibo with this hashtag, “Staff members’ expressions watching Dilraba walk the red carpet.”
