Timmy Xu Weizhou’s (许魏洲) studio issued a statement on November 28 calling for fans to rationally chase after celebrities after experiencing another person camping outside his home. The studio revealed a clip of a woman camping outside of his residence without any reason. She was seen holding a plastic bag and her phone seemingly getting ready to take pictures.
At one point, the woman is seen taking something away, which the studio said it seems to be Timmy Xu’s personal belongings. They said these actions have seriously infringed on Timmy Xu’s privacy and reserve the right to pursue legal action.
The studio urged for the public to respect each other, chase after stars rationally, be cautious in their words and actions, and actively spread positive energy. They also reminded everyone not to gather in large groups and not to squat at hotels or film crews and not to ruin social order by crowd watching or taking pictures at film locations.
