Yang Yang (杨洋) has been sporting short hair in the past few years due to the need for his roles in “Vanguard”, “China Special Forces”, and the upcoming series, “Fireworks of My Heart”, where he plays a firefighter.
At a CeraVe event on January 6, Yang Yang talks about his hair with the host. He said his current hairstyle is already considered long and that he hasn’t cut it for half a month, but he is getting it cut tomorrow. When the host asked if he planned to grow his hair long, Yang Yang said no and explained he was just saying how his current hairstyle is already considered long and that it’s considered long compared to the hairstyle he had for “Fireworks of My Heart”.
Despite never having long hair, Yang Yang expressed that he really wants to try having long hair, but everyone around him has advised him not to try it.
He should definitely do it! He looks so good in the movies with long hair, I just don`t know how can someone advise him to cut it short! Long hair suits him extremely well!
Long or short, it doesn’t matter. But if an actor has long hair (naturally and not wig), it can open some new opportunities for them. Like acting in a different genre.
Hooray! I vote for him trying whatever he wants; however, I’m partial to long hair. He looks amazing no matter what style he chooses!
