Chinese celebrities William Feng Shaofeng and Zanilia Zhao Liying officially announced they were married last month after many months of speculation.  It was even rumored Zanilia Zhao Liying and William Feng Shaofeng had a shotgun marriage as she is alleged to be three months pregnant.  It got out of hand when an ultrasound belonging to someone with the same name was circulated online and accused to be Zanilia Zhao Liying’s ultrasound.  She went on Weibo to deny the rumors and addressed  the alleged pictures of her with a bump or looking plump were photoshopped, seemingly denying she is pregnant.

A Look into William Feng Shaofeng’s Dating History

However, after the marriage announcement, netizens were circulating a post from William Feng Shaofeng that had the following message: “From here on, 1+1 = 4.”  A lot of netizens are speculating the post was hinting at Zanilia Zhao Liying carrying twins.  However, all this speculation was shot down when William Feng Shaofeng’s work studio issued this statement today: “He didn’t write such such a post.  Please stop sharing photoshopped pictures and creating fabricated news.”

Recent pictures of Zanilia Zhao Liying and William Feng Shaofeng strolling around in Beijing were circulated.  From the pictures alone, Zanilia Zhao Liying is looking quite round in the stomach area.
