Gaile Lok Gives Birth to Baby Boy

Hong Kong model, Gaile Lok (樂基兒), announced she has given birth to her baby boy, Huner E. Chu, on her Instagram today. The 38 year old mother said she will be taking time off from social media for a while to enjoy her time with her new born baby. It sounds like she will also be following the Chinese tradition of the 30 day confinement period to help new moms nurse the condition of their bodies and health back to their pre-pregnancy days.

Gaile Lok has been married to husband, Ian, since 2017. This is their first child together.

Especially all the moms on IG who have been so supportive through my pregnancy journey, but my journey isn’t over yet and is just about to start another chapter. A time to only bond and connect with my baby and family. So I won’t be updating my IG for awhile as this is the time to tune off, not to be disturbed and enjoying every moment of this stage!
