TVB actress and Miss Hong Kong 2010 winner, Toby Chan (陳庭欣), has been in a steady relationship with her businessman boyfriend, Benny Yeung (楊振源), for over a year now. Toby Chan was once rumored to be secretly dating fellow TVB actor, William Chak (翟威廉), for five years. The relationship was confirmed when he once said in an interview that they had returned to being friends. She met Benny Yeung, who was married before and has two children, last year when she asked him about facial masks and started dating afterwards.
