For the third public performance on “Youth With You 3” (青春有你 3), two teams are split to perform the same song. After both teams from “Bamboo” were done with their practice for Lisa, she said, “I can’t tell what you guys are doing.” Trainee, Jerome.D (邓孝慈), who is in Team A, was called out by Lisa for his performance.
Jerome.D, who was ranked 9th at the time of this episode, was told by Lisa, “Do you know that even though you’re ranked high, but your skills are still not up to par?” Jerome.D tell Lisa, “I know.” Jun Liu (刘隽), who is on the same team as Jerome.D, explained, “Xiaoci’s basic dance foundation might be relatively weak, but this time I can really see him actively working hard to learn. But maybe he might need more time to be on pace with everyone else.”
Lisa then demonstrates the steps to the group again and gives them pointers. Jun Liu is helping Jerome.D with the steps. Lisa tells the group, “You already have such a good dancer in Jun Liu, you guys can ask him for advice until he gets annoyed.”
Where was that in the beginning? Or during the last challenge where he didn’t even try to dance. Like, if you don’t want to be there, I can think of a number of other trainees that got eliminated that deserve to still be there. His attitude was cute the first 5 minutes, but now I can’t even watch him because it annoys the sh*t outta me.
