It was deemed “House Collapsing Day” on April 16 by netizens when the paparazzi revealed a few possible “dating rumors”. THE9’s Kiki Xu Jiaqi (许佳琪) and her co-star, Miles Wei (魏哲鸣), from their currently filming series, “Meet Me in Your Sound” (幻乐森林), were two artists that were involved in dating rumors on April 16. Youku released a video of Miles Wei acting very chummy with Kiki Xu when they came out of a restaurant.
According to the media, the cast and crew of “Meet Me in Your Sound” had a gathering on April 15. Miles Wei is seen putting his hand on Kiki Xu’s shoulder and also tapped her elbow at one point. The video created some buzz amongst netizens about possible dating rumors between the two.
The official Weibo of “Meet Me in Your Sound” addressed the dating rumors in their first post, saying, “Yesterday, there was a collective gathering for the cast and crew of ‘Meet Me in Your Sound’. Kindly ask everyone not to over-interpret it. Please focus more on the actors’ works.” The series hadn’t even officially announced the cast of the series yet and then this is how it gets revealed.
