Hu Ge (胡歌) and Wang Xiaochen (王晓晨) met while filming the 2015 series, “Good Time” (大好时光). There were recent rumors that Hu Ge and Wang Xiaochen were already married in Shanghai and that their marriage was a known secret among the entertainment industry. They were only waiting for an auspicious day to announce their marriage.
On July 8, Hu Ge’s studio denied the rumors by posting screenshots of the rumors with a big red “fake” character on top. They also included the caption, “Fake. Never spread rumors, believe rumors.” Wang Xiaochen’s studio also denied the rumors saying many netizens were spreading a lot of false comments and fabricating fake things to slander Wang Xiaochen. They also stated they were gathering evidence to retain their right to pursue legal responsibility against the violators.
Hu Ge has been involved with a lot of rumors lately. Back in February, he was involved in marriage rumors with Crystal Liu Yifei, which his manager died. Hu Ge was rumored to have rekindled relationship with ex-girlfriend, Xue Jianing, when he was spotted at her play in June. However, his manager also denied the rumors.
