The 8th episode of Mnet’s female group survival show,”Girls Planet 999″, aired on September 24. The show went through the second round of eliminations with only the top 8 trainees from each country advancing to the next round. One contestant from each country would also be saved with the “Planet Pass” that is selected by the “Planet Masters”.

Chinese trainee, Roada Xu Ziyin (徐紫茵), made the cut finishing at 8th place in the C group. However, it was revealed at the end of the episode that Roada Xu had withdrew from the competition citing health reasons. Roada Xu later updated her social media accounts addressing her withdrawal from the show.

Roada Xu later previously competed on “Youth With You 2” and finished in 18th place.
