Andrea So Rumored She was Written Out of “Come Home Love: Lo and Behold” Due to Poor Work Ethics

TVB actress, Andrea So (蘇韻姿), who plays “Hung Sum Yu”, in the long running series, “Come Home Love: Lo and Behold” (愛.回家之開心速遞), has departed from the series. While she has been a series regular from the start of the series, in the series that aired on January 6, it shows “Hung Sum Yu” following her ex-boyfriend, “TT”, to inspect a factory in Europe, essentially leaving the “Hung” family and seems to be an arrangement to be written out of the show.

On the night of the episode, Andrea So, posted this with the hashtag, “farewell”.

The next day, she posted a picture with the “Hung” family and said, “It’s still the warmest at home.”

There was a later report on January 7 that Andrea So is only temporarily leaving “Come Home Love”. However, there were rumors that Andrea So is being “forced off” due to her often being late to work and not admitting to her mistakes. It goes on to say that Andrea So blamed the tardiness on the assistant director. This reportedly made TVB executive, Catherine Tsang (曾勵珍), unhappy, as she has a strict punctuality policy in place and extremely hates actors who are late and not serious about work. It’s rumored Andrea So was once called out by an executive using a mic for her tardiness, but still hasn’t changed, which led to her departure.

Andrea So last filmed for “Love and Behold” back in early December 2022. She hasn’t had any new work arrangements since then.

In response to the rumors, Andrea So told hk01.com, “Thank you to everyone for their concern. I am following the company’s arrangements right now.”
