Natalie Tong (唐詩詠) and Vincent Wong (王浩信) were guests on a radio show recently to promote their series, “The Man Who Kills Troubles” (解決師). The two expressed the ratings are favorable and thanked “Barrack O’Karma” (金宵大廈) for saving viewers for them. When asked about the ending, the favorite on screen couple teased it would be another sad ending.
Vincent Wong expressed, “We filmed it in Melbourne. It took me a long time to recover. It’s my fault. I can’t change my fate. Every time I film, I have the same ending. Previously in “My Unfair Lady” (不懂撒嬌的女人), it was already a sad ending, but at the end we gave everyone a post-credits scene. We re-filmed a happy ending.” Natalie Wong expressed, “So it’s your fault. Hopefully there is a happy ending next time. Every time I film love scenes, I’m always sad. It’s either someone dying or breaking up. Can’t it be happier?” When asked if the same ending as “My Unfair Lady” would be repeated in “The Man Who Kills Troubles”, the two of them nodded their heads and didn’t rule out that possibility.
When asked if they had any invitations for job offers as a couple, Natalie Tong expressed, “It’s pretty quiet right now. Hope there will be more coming soon. Whatever type of work is okay, like musicals. I want to try a new opportunity.” Vincent Wong expressed he wants to gather the cast and crew for a celebratory dinner. He will also be filming “Legal Mavericks 2” (踩過界2) in December. They will also be filming in Myanmar. As for Natalie Tong, she will be traveling to Thailand alone during the Christmas holidays for meditation and to “cleanse her soul.”
