Ady An’s Husband, Levo Chan, Arrested by Macau Authorities

Taiwanese actress Ady An’s (安以軒) husband, Levo Chan (陳榮煉), was reportedly arrested on January 29 by Macau authorities for running an illegal gambling syndicate and money laundering. On January 30, a press conference held by the Macau authorities confirmed two Macau citizens were arrested, with one of the suspects reported to be Levo Chan. The crimes are reportedly tied to Alvin Chau’s (周焯華) case, who was arrested for similar crimes back in November 2021.

Levo Chan is the chairman of the Tak Chun Group, a Macau casino junket. It’s reported the number of Tak Chun’s VIP rooms surpassed Alvin Chau’s Suncity Group, which runs a larger operation, last year. After the news was reported, Tak Chun’s official website and Facebook page were no longer accessible.

Ady An and Levo Chan got married in 2017 and have a son born in July 2019 and a daughter born in October 2020. When trying to reach Ady An for a comment, her manager told the media, “Won’t be responding on the artist’s personal matters. Thank you.”
