TVB artist, Moses Chan (陳豪), who has two sons and a daughter, is known for putting the needs of his children first. Moses recently moved the family from their Beverly Hills mansion in Tai Po to a new luxury home in Repulse Bay to make it easier for eldest son, Aiden, to attend his new Singaporean International School. Vicki Zhao’s (趙薇) daughter also attends the same school.

Moses is renting his new abode for $70,000 HKD a month. His neighbors include celebrities, Maggie Cheung (張曼玉) and Shu Qi (舒淇). With the new move, comes added cost, prompting Moses to rent out his Beverly Hills mansion for around $60,000 HKD a month, pricing $24 per square foot.

Moses’ wife, Aimee Chan (陳茵媺), was also seen shopping for furniture at IKEA and Japan Home Centre. Looks like the financial implications of renting and owning a mortgage for two homes is taking a bit of a toll on the family.
