Tencent’s male idol trainee survival show, “Produce Camp 2019” (創造營2019) is sparing no expenses when it comes to securing the mentors for the upcoming show. Chinese-Uyghur actress, Dilraba (迪丽热巴), has been signed on to headline the show for some time now. Taiwanese actor, Alec Su (蘇有朋), was confirmed to be joining the show as a mentor a few days ago. In the past two days, the Produce Camp official Weibo teased netizens with pictures of two male mentors without revealing their faces. Netizens were quick to guess the two new mentors are Hong Kong heavenly king, Aaron Kwok (郭富城) and Chinese R&B musician, Tiger Hu (胡彦斌).

Season 2 of Chinese Version of “Produce 101” will be a Male Idol Group Survival Show
While the show hasn’t officially named the two men in the pictures, it’s pretty evident that they belong to Aaron Kwok and Tiger Hu. Aaron Kwok, who is a first time mentor on these reality shows, will probably be in charge of dancing, while Tiger Hu would oversee singing/vocal.
Names of the mentors have been floating around Weibo for some time now. Aside from Aaron Kwok and Tiger Hu, Jackson Wang and Show Luo have also been rumored to be joining the show as mentors. Based on the previous track records, there might be some truth to them joining the show. It would explain why Jackson Wang didn’t come back for this year’s “Idol Producer 2.”
