There was a lot of controversy when billionaire heir, Mario Ho (何猷君), proposed to model girlfriend, Ming Xi (奚夢瑤), in a lavish venue in Shanghai in May. They surprised netizens today when they uploaded pictures of them in white blouses with the red background, signifying they got their marriage certificate in China. Mario accompanied the pictures with the caption: “The one on the left is the one with good taste.”, referring to Ming Xi. While Ming Xi wrote: “The one on the right is the one with good taste.”, referring to Mario Ho.

Apple Daily HK contacted Mario Ho and he revealed, “Thank you for your blessings. We will hold the wedding next year.” Mario Ho’s mother, Angela Leong (梁安琪) told reporters, “I give everyone 100 thanks for their blessings. I already knew beforehand they were going to get their marriage certificate. My daughter in law is full points.” However, when it came to the rumors of Ming Xi being pregnant, Angela Leong said, “I don’t have anything to say.”

The pregnancy rumors started in April when a flight attendant alleged she overheard Mario Ho saying he was going to be a father on a flight. He later denied it and even said on Weibo, “If you find the child, I’ll give you a 100 million dollars.!” Shortly after the marriage proposal, Ming Xi was asked about the pregnancy rumors again when she went to the Cannes Film Festival. She told reporters, “As long as you guys are happy.” Last month, Ming Xi and Mario Ho were seen shopping for baby cribs in Hong Kong.
