When talking about Brian Chu, Stitch Yu says, “We only had one scene with us together. We weren’t very familiar with each other. I just thought he was kind of silly, very funny. We didn’t become friends until half a year til a year later. We had more interaction at a friend’s event and kept in contact.” On what she admires most about Brian Chu, she says, “He really likes to act. Even if we’ve been filming for over 20 hours straight, he is fine with it. I haven’t gotten to that stage yet. I would definitely complain about being tired.” Stitch Yu also reveals she looks for these three qualities in a significant other: “professionalism, filial piety, and sweetness.”

Idolizing Eliza Sam

On which senior artist she would most want to work with, Stitch Yu immediately responded, “Definitely Eliza Sam (岑麗香)! Our backgrounds are very similar. A lot of my friends from New York said I should view her as an example. About a year ago, I had a chance to practice dancing with Eliza. Afterwards, she even drove me home. I was overwhelmed and flattered at the moment. That’s when I started to idolize her.”
