Congratulations are in order for Sarah Song (宋熙年) and Jason Chan (陳智燊) as they announced the birth of their second son, Jamie, on Instagram. Sarah Song and Jason Chan already have a son, Damon, born in 2018. The couple first announced they were expecting a second baby in April. They later revealed they were having another son.

Talking with Oriental Daily News, Jason Chan said, “It turns out having a home with a 2 year old child and a new born baby is very lively, but also very tiring. Thank goodness, older brother Damon sticks to daddy. So that mommy doesn’t need to be distracted and can focus on taking care of little brother. Sometimes looking at the the clock, it’s already 7, 8 nighttime. After finishing with older brother, take care of little brother. That is a day. I don’t know what words can be used to describe being that busy and fulfilling.”

As for his feelings, Jason Chan expressed he was very nervous during his wife’s first pregnancy, but that was gone this time. He said, “But due to the pandemic this time, we were a bit nervous. However, the nurses and doctors were extremely professional and took very good care of us. It was actually going home from the hospital where we needed to be careful.”

Jason Chan revealed the nurses let him cut the umbilical cord himself since he had experience. He also shared baby Jamie is eating nonstop and will probably be a “fat baby”.
