The “Young and Dangerous” gang, Ekin Cheng (鄭伊健), Jerry Lamb (林曉峰), Chin Ka Lok (錢嘉樂), and Eric Tsang (曾志偉), went to different theaters to give thanks for the high box office performance for their new movie, “Golden Job”《黃金兄弟》. As for Ekin Cheng, he was showing off his biceps in a white wifebeater, showing that he’s not slowing down anytime soon at 51 this year. Ekin explains, “I became big when I got hurt filming “Golden Job.” Filming is like this, no matter how hard the stunt is, nothing happens. The time I got hurt, it was a very simple stunt, but I actually ended up breaking a ligament. I thought I wasn’t fit enough, so I was training harder.”

As for audiences asking for a sequel, producer Eric Tsang said he would consider it. Ekin expressed, “Some viewers said this ending makes it difficult to have a sequel. A prequel or a spin off would be more suitable.” Director Chin Ka Lok had the same sentiments. As for the high box office performance, Jerry Lamb said, “Back then, the movie series [Young and Dangerous] didn’t officially air in China. There were no box office records. This time, it should be considered as our movie ticket.”
