Kevin Cheng (鄭嘉穎) and Grace Chan (陳凱琳) have officially announced the birth of their son, Rafael. It was said Grace Chan had given birth to baby Rafael on Valentine’s Day as Kevin Cheng was seen at the hospital, but didn’t confirm the news until today. Kevin Cheng shared a side profile of the baby with the following caption: “Every father thinks their child is the cutest…I finally understand.”
