Just last week, Malaysian singer, Fish Leong (梁静茹), and her Taiwanese husband, Tony Chao (趙元同), were rumored to have divorced after 9 years of marriage. It was initially reported the two divorced over infidelity rumors on Tony Chao’s part. However, later on, Tony Chao denied the divorce and cheating rumors, while Fish Leong’s manager said they wouldn’t report on their artist’s private matters. Today, Taiwanese tabloid, Mirror Media, is reporting the couple are separated and no longer living together.

Back in July 6th, Mirror Media reported on a tip they received from a reader that Tony Chao went to a music festival alone. On Taiwan’s father day, he posted a picture of him and his son on Facebook with the caption, “Daddy will take care of you forever.” Fish Leong was not mentioned at all. After the divorce rumors started circulating, this post was deleted.
In late July, Mirror Media followed Fish Leong and Tony Chao on several occasions. While Fish Leong was seen entering and leaving the family’s home, it’s reported Tony Chao drove by their home, but didn’t go enter. Instead, he drove to a nearby home, seemingly to have moved out from the home he shares with Fish Leong and their son. Neither party have responded to the rumors.
