Joe Chen (陳喬恩) received a lot of backlash after she publicly admitted to her relationship with Malaysian artist, Alan Chen (曾伟昌), who she was set up with on the variety show, “Meeting Mr. Right 2” (女儿们的恋爱2). Many fans felt he wasn’t good enough for her after looking up his background and digging into his personal life through social media. Alan Chen was accused of lying and liking posts of busty women. Even though he clarified those posts were of women he knew and all had decent jobs, fans still weren’t convinced.
