TVB actress, Vicky Chan (陳偉琪), known for portraying “Jenny” in “Come Home Love – Lo and Behold” (愛．回家之開心速遞), was arrested on October 25 for a DUI. It was reported around 11PM, she was driving her BMW in Happy Valley and collided with a taxi. Both drivers claimed not to be at fault and no one was injured.

However, it was reported Vicky Chan smelled of alcohol and was suspected to have drank before she drove. The police officers performed a breathalyzer test on her and recorded her blood alcohol content to be at 79 mg, which was almost 3 times the legal limit. Vicky Chan was arrested at the scene for drunk driving.
