The 2019 (52nd) TVB Anniversary Awards show was held on January 12, 2020. This was the second time ever in TVB Anniversary awards history that the show aired in January. The hosts were Carol Cheng (鄭裕玲), Mayanne Mak (麥美恩), and Karl Ting (丁子朗). The highlight of the night had to have been Kenneth Ma’s win, who received a standing ovation and applause. He lost out on the award 11 times, but even when his name was announced this time, he remained calm and collected.
