Chinese heartthrob actor, Xu Kai (許凱), who rose to fame in “Story of Yanxi Palace” (延禧攻略), was on this week’s episode of Chinese variety show, “Happy Camp” (快樂大本營).  Aside from Xu Kai, the evil “Yuan Chunwang” (袁春望), played by Wang Maolei (王茂蕾) and Liu Enshang (劉恩尚), who plays, “Li Yu Eunuch” (李玉公公) from “Story of Yanxi Palace” were present.  There was a certain female guest that made Xu Kai turn away and leave the stage once she entered.  Even Liu Enshang wanted to leave.  This person is none other than Su Qing (蘇青), who played “Erqing” (爾晴) in “Yanxi.”

Luckily, Xu Kai was only joking and playing up the atmosphere.  Host, He Jiong (何炅) was able to stop Xu Kai from “leaving” the stage.  When He Jiong tells Su Qing that Xu Kai wanted to leave once he saw her, she asks him, “Fuheng Fucha (Xu Kai’s character in “Yanxi”), was this necessary?”  Xu Kai says, “It’s because I didn’t want to see you.”  Wang Maolei joins in the fun and says, “Don’t worry.  Whoever leaves, I still won’t leave.”

I’ll come save you.”  After seeing the two interact, many fans felt “couple feels” and asked for them to be paired up in another series.
